Rona has been fed this morning. I discarded all but 50 g of my sourdough starter. I then added 50 g of bottled water (no chlorine) and 50 g of whole wheat flour. Stirred that up thoroughly and covered lightly. Depending on the strength of your own starter and the temperature of your kitchen, you should see this grow to about double its volume in 4 to 6 hours.
