Earlier this year, Rob's bipartisan legislation to fight Ohio's opioid epidemic passed the Senate by a vote of 94-1. The Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) expands education and prevention efforts, helps law enforcement reverse overdoses to save lives, and expands treatment and recovery programs.
