If the install won't download or start, open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap the My Watch tab, and go to General > Usage > Software Update. Then, delete the update file and try to download and install the update again.

Every time I go in to the app, it shows the same five top stories, which are dated. I’ve tried turning on/off both my iPhone and watch and both are updated to the latest software.

I've restarted my phone and watch, reset, reinstalled the apps. Nothing seems to fix it. I have an iphone 12 and Apple watch 6 and both indicate software up to date. 15.1 on the phone.
