Jun 8, 2019 · Surface Book 2 connection to external monitor. HELP! How to connect Surface book 2 to external monitor with HDMI connection? There's only two regular USB ports and one USB C port. I bought a USB C to HDMI cable, but the screen has constant jitters with this cable. Either a bad cable I bought or can I connect through one of the regular USB ports?

On the other hand, Microsoft offers replacement for Surface Book 2 but it's for the entire unit since its keyboard and its clipboard is configured as one. It's the reason why we don't replace just the keyboard of a Surface Book device.

Aug 3, 2024 · 2 hours ago automatic update was installed on my MS Surface Book 3 and now i have quite bad issue. Screen brightness is too low. Previously i also had this issue sometimes, but usually restarting helped to solve the issue. After restart brightness was almost 100% restored to normal. But with latest update restart doesn't help anymore.

Mar 27, 2020 · Open Device Manager. Expand Battery. Right-click on battery drivers available and select " uninstall devic e". Once done, restart your Surface to reinstall the drivers back successfully. If after restarting the Surface device, the battery 1 is still a 0%, then what I can highly recommend is to reset the device back to factory settings.
