The Suns are using Booker as a point guard. I would argue Zach Lavine is more than capable, there are plenty of attack first point guards in the league. Think of Damian Lillard. Lavine's first season with the Wolves he averaged 5 assists a game per 36min.

Lavine at best on a championship team can be your 2nd or 3rd option and on the Lakers he would be exactly that.
