Apr 10, 2019 · Hello, I see that you are wanting to change the Aspect ratio for your second monitor. To do this, right click on your second monitor, then click on Display settings. From there, you are able to change the resolution and the scale. If this does not work, you may want to directly change the settings from your graphics driver settings.

There is no shrink or expand image option available in Lockscreen settings since Windows 10 can already automatically resize the image to fit on your screen. Aug 3, 2015 · Before the upgrade to Windows 10 (I had Windows 8), I was able to stretch the screen when I changed my aspect ratio to something like 4:3 rather than the usual 16:9. I had to manually go and change this in my Graphics Properties, but now nothing seems to work.
