Mini map shows a weapon i can pick up inside Fort Brennand, but it tells me its somwhere below in the building in front of me. Anyone know how do i get it? Is it a bug?

At the fort brennand slightly south east of van horn my hud always indicates a golden gun symbol with down arrow in the run down cabin inside the fort but whenever I go to it it’s just a barrel three boxes and floor. I’m guessing there’s an underground cavern or some secret location but I have no idea how to get to it. Any ideas
