Cory V. McCray (born October 31, 1982) is an American politician who serves as a member of the Maryland Senate for Maryland's 45th district, located in northeast Baltimore City. Previously, McCray served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates and acting Chair of the Maryland Democratic Party .

First elected to the Maryland Senate in 2018. Member of the Senate since January 9, 2019. Member of the House of Delegates 2015-2019.

As Senator for the 45th District, Cory is working to bring greater resources, equity and investment to Baltimore. Cory helped secure more than $1.3 million in government bonds to plan, design and equip a new grocery store in one of the City’s historically neglected neighborhoods.
