At approximately 10:30 p.m. on Christmas near the intersection of 47th Street and Villard Avenue, a Milwaukee County bus traveling westbound struck two victims ― a 79-year-old and a 37-year-old. Police say the victims were attempting to repair a legally parked vehicle on the north side of West Villard Avenue.

Police arrested a Milwaukee County bus driver after a deadly crash late Wednesday night. Officers said a 79-year-old and 37-year-old were standing by a legally parked vehicle and attempting to repair the car when a bus hit them around 10:30 p.m.
