Trace Cyrus, brother of Miley Cyrus and son of Bill Ray Cyrus, wrote on social media Saturday that his father threatened legal action against him following a plea for Billy Ray to get help.

"You should be ashamed of yourself," Trace wrote publicly on Saturday, two days after saying he's "genuinely worried" about the country star's well-being.

Jan. 26, Billy Ray Cyrus spoke out after Trace Cyrus said he was "genuinely worried" about his father. He called for "healing" and said he was "praying for my family."
