Tropical cyclone wind signals have been lifted over northern Luzon as typhoon Marce left the Philippine area of responsibility Friday afternoon, the state weather bureau said.

At least 180 families from various high-risk areas in Ilocos Norte province were evacuated and have been given relief items to ensure their safety against the threats posed by Typhoon Marce (international name Yinxing).
