Highly-regarded prospect and former Olympic silver medalist Keyshawn Davis is set for his first world championship fight. Davis will take on WBO lightweight champion Denys Berinchyk on Feb. 14 in New York at The Theater in Madison Square Garden.

Berinchyk (19-0, 9 KOs) won the vacant WBO championship in May, upsetting the three-division champion Emanuel Navarrete by split decision in San Diego. The Ukrainian previously held the European title he won in December 2022 against Yvan Mendy on the Tyson Fury vs. Derek Chisora undercard.

Davis (12-0, 8 KOs) will challenge WBO lightweight world champion Denys Berinchyk (19-0, 9 KOs) in the main event on Feb. 14 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
