Kenneth Fire initially started 3:34 p.m. Jan. 9 in Los Angeles, Ventura County. It has burned 1,052 acres after being active for 39 hours. By Saturday morning, the fire crew succeeded in containing 80% of this fire. The cause of it remains under investigation.

A body was found in the Olivas Fire area Wednesday, with the death likely a result of the fire, officials said.

Olivas Fire initially started 10:44 a.m. Jan. 8 in Ventura County. After being active for 23 hours, it has burned 11 acres. As of Thursday morning, the fire crew has achieved full containment of the blaze. However, the cause is still under investigation.
