President Donald Trump on Monday signed an executive order directing the U.S. to again withdraw from the landmark Paris climate agreement, dealing a blow to worldwide efforts to combat global warming and once again distancing the U.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Guo Jiakun, expressed "concern" on Tuesday over U.S. President Donald Trump's announcement to withdraw the country from the Paris Agreement and the WHO.
