The Suns listed guard Bradley Beal as out (left ankle sprain) for Phoenix's game against an injury-hit Brooklyn Nets team on Wednesday.

Ben Simmons and Cam Johnson's statuses are in doubt ahead of Wednesday's Nets-Suns matchup at Barclays Center.

BROOKLYN – Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal is ruled out of Wednesday’s game against Brooklyn at Barclays Center with a left ankle sprain after playing Monday at Cleveland following a two-game absence with the injury. “There’s soreness,” Suns coach Mike Budenholzer said before Wednesday’s game. “He's unable to go."

Phoenix is notably coming off of an ugly loss at the hands of the NBA-best Cleveland Cavaliers, but the silver lining is that the Nets are currently boasting a 14-29 record and that the roster largely remains healthy going into the matchup. There are only two names on the current injury report, and the names have been mainstays over the last week.
