Winston-Salem Police Department sees drop in crimes, homicides
The department see more crimes being reported in the community. The department says shootings are down 18% compared to a year ago.
Winston-Salem police say fight during party led to fatal shooting
Police identified the man killed as Kobbie Jaheim Soini Wilson, 23. A second victim, a 20-year-old man, had a gunshot wound and is in serious, non-life-threatening condition. Police have not shared information about possible suspects in this shooting, but said it appears to be an isolated incident.
