Police have arrested a 24-year-old Temple Terrace man they say killed one man and injured two others in a shooting that occurred nearly three weeks ago in Sulphur Springs. Michael Horace-Fleming is facing charges of first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated battery, being a felon in possession of a firearm and shooting into a building.

Officers said they responded around 7:30 a.m. to a home on N. Brooks Street near E. Wilma Street after getting word of a shooting. When they arrived, officers said they found a man in his mid-30s dead on the front porch of a home in the area. He appeared to have been killed by a gunshot wound to his upper body, police said.
