OXFORD, Mich. – A Christmas Eve marred by violence has left the Oxford Township community in shock. Prosecutors have charged Malik Letroy Webb, 29, with the murder of 71-year-old Dr. Barbara Wolf, the severe injury of her daughter, and the shooting of another man, among other violent acts.

OXFORD, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - Police say three people are hospitalized after being shot on Christmas Eve in Oxford, Michigan.

One of the three victims of a Christmas Eve shooting in Oxford Township has died and the suspect, whom authorities believe shot people at random, remains in custody, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's office.

Two others injured Tuesday "should be on the road to physical healing, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
