Week 7 in the NFL had 12 games on Sunday, starting and ending with the NFC West. It started with the final London game of the year with the LA Rams blowing out the Jacksonville Jaguars. It ended with the San Francisco 49ers beating the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football.

Dak Prescott threw three touchdown passes for the Cowboys, but Dallas' defense couldn't stop Panthers running back Rico Dowdle, who played for the Cowboys last season. Dowdle rushed for 183 yards and had four catches for 56 yards and a touchdown, a total of 239 yards from scrimmage a week after rushing for 206 yards in Week 5.

It was all about defense today as the Broncos (4-2) rode nine sacks to a 13-11 win over the Jets at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Denver leads the AFC West for now by 1/2 game. The Jets (0-6) are still winless.

The well-respected metric of DVOA actually has the Cowboys ninth, and the Broncos 14th. Broncos’ quarterback Bo Nix is 2-8 in his young career when his team allows 20-plus points, and against this explosive Cowboys offense, he will likely to have score 20-plus to keep up. The Cowboys elite offense will keep them in this one.

Not only have the Eagles struggled to stop the run, but their pass rush has also been nonexistent. They have just 11 sacks this season, which is the fifth-lowest number in the NFL. The Eagles are so desperate for pass-rushing help that they've talked 37-year-old Brandon Graham into coming out of retirement.
