Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams acknowledged how the team needs to lean on their leaders to cut down on penalties.

After the Bears had penalty issues yet again on Sunday, coach Ben Johnson all but threw his hands up and put the onus on his players and presumably team leaders to solve the problem.
