Los Angeles Lakers coach J.J. Redick blasted his players for a lack of effort and taking "shortcuts" after a lopsided loss to the Phoenix Suns.

The Phoenix Suns led by as many as 32 points in their 132-108 win on Dec. 23 over the Los Angeles Lakers at Mortgage Matchup Center.

The Suns took advantage of Luka Doncic ’s absence. Dillon Brooks showed promise with a 25-point performance, while Devin Booker added 21. Meanwhile, Collin Gillespie added 16 points while Mark Williams posted 18. The rotation stayed united till the end and dominated the Lakers.
