Jos Buttler was left bristling and bemused as a controversial concussion sub helped India take an unassailable 3-1 lead in an entertaining T20 series.

Jos Buttler hailed Adil Rashid as the ‘most important player’ in England’s white-ball team after he starred in the 26-run T20 victory over India in Rajkot. Having won the first two T20 matches, India would have taken an unassailable lead in the five-match series had they won the third game but the hosts fell 26 runs short of England’s 171-9.

Before locking horns against Team India for the fourth T20I, England`s skipper Jos Buttler led his team to Ed Sheeran`s concert in Pune, which was a much-needed break for the side during the highly-anticipated affair.

England defeated India by 26 runs in the must-win third T20I to keep their hopes of winning the series alive. After the hosts won the first two games of the five-match series, Jos Buttler’s team knew they had to win in Rajkot and did so thanks to a superb bowling display.
