HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Random drug and alcohol testing is temporarily suspended for Hillsborough Township students involved in extra-curricular programs as the district looks to improve its policy.

Regulators say the drug-testing oversight for truckers hauling production crews and film equipment is still safe enough to allow for reduced federal requirements.
