Over at this week's 'Wall Street Journal' Innovator Awards, the actress arrived in an elegant look by the British brand Erdem.

The British actress' appearance followed an earlier stop at a Special Cast and Filmmakers Screening of Wicked where she appeared alongside her co-star. And, staying true to form, Cynthia and Ariana *again* cosplayed as their characters IRL.
