ONE of Bolton’s best loved beauty spots has been sold for £50,000 — £30,000 below its asking price.

Bromsgrove-based Blue Lagoon Heritage Ltd first took ownership of the reservoir in a deal believed to be worth £50,000 in September 2010. The company also owns surrounding land.
