Juan Jose Alvarenga Alvarenga, 23, was stabbed shortly before 10 p.m. at the Berkdale Apartments, in the 1000 block of Alabama Drive in Herndon, said Lt. Jerry Keys of the Town of Herndon police.

The deal comes after Jair Lynch in March acquired the Berkdale Apartments in Herndon. "Investor interest was extremely strong for the Villas at Langley," Sigmon said in a release.
