On Nov. 28, the Patient Bandit robbed a Citibank located in the 8400 block of Wilshire Boulevard. According to authorities, he passed a note demanding cash and threatened to use an explosive device.

Authorities believe that Steven Thomas, 35, could be the "shirt mask bandit" who committed 16 separate robberies with a T-shirt draped over his mouth to conceal his identity.
