Colombias president has said a deadly attack on a military base could lead to a suspension, or a cancellation, of peace talks with the National Liberation Army ELN rebel group. The army has blamed the rebels for firing homemade rockets from a cargo truck that had been parked near a base in Puerto Jordan, a small town in Colombias Arauca province.
