Elizabeth Kitley’s jersey retirement signals both change and consistency
Just as things changed for the program, they changed for Kitley. The WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces drafted her with the last pick of the second round, but she didn’t play in 2024 due to a torn ACL she sustained on March 3. She spent much of the 10 months following her injury in Las Vegas, rehabbing and preparing for training camp this coming April.
