House Republicans are probing allegations of discrimination by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Florida following the termination of an agency employee who advised a survivor assistance team to skip homes with President-elect Trump campaign signs.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody filed a lawsuit against two Federal Emergency Management Agency officials for alleged discriminatory practices, which resulted in at least 20 homes displaying pro-Trump signs being skipped during hurricane disaster relief canvassing.

Attorney General Ashley Moody's Office launched an investigation into FEMA on Wednesday. According to Moody's office, after tornadoes and hurricanes struck parts of Florida, there were reports that FEMA workers were allegedly directed not to go to any homes that had a sign for President-elect Donald Trump.

"This administration has given its bureaucrats the green light to make unhinged, power-drunk decisions," Rep. Nancy Mace told The Post.
