King Charles hasn’t lost his sense of humor as he continues his battle with cancer. The monarch, 76, joked that he’s “still alive” when he was asked about his health while meeting leaders from different faith communities at Waltham Forest Town Hall in the London neighborhood of Walthamstow on Friday.

King Charles thanked the medics who cared for him and Princess Kate, after they both underwent treatment for cancer this year, in a Christmas message.
