Like many roadside historical markers, this one is unattended by any human employees. It is available 24 hours a day. I suggest you do a little historic research about the whole tragic story, including the legal entanglements in the Courts for those involved. Even today the two sides of the story remain quite strong in their "Version" being the "Real Story".
