Hi, we booked tickets to Universal Studios Singapore via Expedia. We have received a confirmation and a ticket but it doesn't have a barcode or QR code that we need for entry. We called Expedia and they said that it will be sent to us 24H before the day of our booking. Has anyone had experience with this and can verify this is correct? I also saw another post that we can go to a Guest Services desk in USS to get the barcode, but I'm afraid the entrance queue will get longer if we do that. What time does the Guest Services desk open? Thanks in advance.

Typically, such a queue is not very crwoded, should take around 15 mins.

We bought our tickets through Luxury Escapes. They provided entry to SEA Aquarium, a $20 voucher each for lunch and entry into Universal Studios- total cost $90 AUD per person. There was no discount for seniors. This was an excellent price because we had three days to use the tickets so you could spend a full day at each attraction - but only one day at each.

It is fine, they only check number of persons for which the ticket is, and shall allow entry counting number of people mentioned in ticket.
Hi. Please help. We booked a total of 13 ticekts (1 booking for 10 pac; another booking for 3 pax) from Klook for universal studios. However due to some important reasons, we wanted to change it from Sept 18 to Sept 17. The Klook already approved our date amendments for the 3 pax booking. For the 10 we are still waiting for the update. Im afraid they still wont give us an update until the said date. Is it okay if we will just ask there upon arrival to the universal studios? Usually the tickets are for a certain period, let us say one single entry ticket for a week. Please check the tickets if they have been delieverd. Our tickets were for one entry in a period …
Usually the tickets are for a certain period, let us say one single entry ticket for a week. Please check the tickets if they have been delieverd. Our tickets were for one entry in a period of three days. However, if the ticket is for a praticular date, Universal Studios will not accept it and u will have to buy a ticket there.
