We are coming in on NCL on 12/31 in the am to Harvest Caye. We would like to Scuba dive in the best area with the most sea life, but need to know how to get there. Any recommendations as it is very difficult to find options if you're coming in on a cruise line and only there for the day. We would obviously need to get back to the ship in time (leaves at 6:00 pm)

I would contact Belize Diving Services and ask them if they pick up from Harvest Caye if that is your arrival port. Normally you have to take a water taxi to get around from Caye to Caye. But from my map it looks like Harvest Caye will be too far from Caye Caulker for a one day dive excursion. Most people fly into Belize City and take a 45 min ride over to Caye Caulker. I would find a dive shop closer to Harvest Caye. Placencia will probably be your best bet.
