Great little museum on New Walk. Took the family to see the Dinosaurs and Mummy exhibits and they absolutely loved it. I would 100% advise anyone with a weekend day free to visit. Free entry too!!! Full review by BryceBjorn

We only went to see the Renoir but browsed around as well. Nice way to pass the time. Didn’t enjoy the film made to go with the Renoir but loved being up close to this beauty! Full review by KipsterKat

It depends where you are coming from. If you can catch a train New walk museum is a short walk for Leicester station. Cross the road directly in front of the station and cross right over toso you are standing in front of some multi-storey modern offices . Turn to your left and walk up the path which goes uphill next to an underpass called tigers way. At the top of this path you will intersect New Walk and the museum is just to the right of this -you can see it as you come onto new walk. If you are coming by bus you can walk from the bus station by walking down churchgate, along gallowtree gate which is pedestrianized. Then turn right onto horsefair street and walk across town hall square and right onto the road that is on the other side of town hall square thenleft onto bowling green lane and then turn right past the adult education college where you turn left down king street and New Walk is about 50 metres down there on your left an then just walk up there. If you are coming by car you need to head for London road . If you park at the bottom off the left hand side you will be very near new walk where the museum is
