Glad I went to see Dunluce. Reminded me a bit of Dunnottar in Aberdeenshire. You can spend maybe an hour here taking in the views and the atmosphere. Worth a stop off. Full review by Global19799795539

You don't need to book ahead of time but weather sometimes causes it close with little notice. I would recommend getting the app for the castle so you can check on closers. We have always paid in cash but I think you can use a card. We have always had contact with at least one person. Again, download the app because they may have new procedures in place for contactless admission due to Covid-19. Hope this helps.
Q:
Can I bring my dog?
A:
Sorry - not sure about if a dog on a lease can come in. Try asking through the Dunluce website

Dunluce Castle (from Irish: Dún Libhse) is a now-ruined medieval castle in Northern Ireland. It is located on the edge of a basalt outcropping in County Antrim (between Portballintrae and Portrush), and is accessible via a bridge connecting it to the mainland. The castle is surrounded by extremely steep drops on either side, which may have been an important factor to the early Christians and Vikings who were drawn to this place where an early Irish fort once stood. Trip advisor will not allow me to copy any website, as noted by others below. The place is worth visiting.
